Learn AI from the team building it inside 7 to 9 figure companies

Hey, I'm Cael.

I studied computer science in Canada, but barely went to class because I was busy tinkering. That led to me getting early access to GPT-3 in July 2020, more than two years before ChatGPT came out.

It was pretty dumb back then, but I couldn't stop playing with it.

At the same time I was running my own ecom brand, doing $1k to $7k a day.

I'd also built a small, tight community of other ecom founders on Instagram.

After Covid I flew around to meet a bunch of them in person, which is how I fell in love with New York, where I live now.

One of those dinners was with the team that would later buy and run Pudgy Penguins. I told them AI was about to change how every online brand runs.

A year later, when it started happening, I was the first person they called, and we built AI customer support for ecom brands.

That was my first real AI product, and it was rough.

Nobody was talking about AI agents yet, and running the models cost way more than it does today.

It still peaked at 350k emails a month, sent automatically for 250+ Shopify brands.

It sent millions over its life, and I sold it earlier this year.

Word spread, and I ended up building AI systems and running AI strategy for founders all the way up to billion dollar companies you'd recognize.

Along the way OpenAI sent us one of 141 first round plaques for passing 10 billion tokens on their API.

Now my team at Merge Labs builds AI systems for companies and uses AI to ship products in a fraction of the usual time.

One of them is Shareaura, which we built from nothing with Zach Pogrob. It has 500,000+ users and 2.6k five star reviews.

Shareaura is one of the few projects I can actually show you.

Most of our work is with much bigger companies. We build their AI systems, train their teams to use AI properly, and help them change how the business runs around it.
